CHILDRENS

Children's Ministry

We care about your children. Enjoy the main venue knowing that your children are being cared for. PathFinders Children's Ministry is committed to showing children of all ages how God fits into daily life activities. We desire to change the lives of children through a safe, fun, high energy learning experience.

We care about the safety of your children. In all thee of our programs; nursery, preschool, and elementary, your child is in the hands of a volunteer that has been carefully interviewed, trained, and screened. They are ready and eager to meet your needs.

We care about the security of your children. All of the children in Pathfinders will have a security number. The number on a child's name tag will match the number on the parent tag you will receive at check-in. If for any reason your child needs you, your security number will be shown on the screen in the main venue. At check-out you will return your parent tag to your child's teacher and retrieve your child.

Our preschool program is designed for the ages of 3-5 year olds. Your child will have different stations of play to choose from revolving around the "big idea" of the day. Your child will have a story time and also be involved in a small group where they will communicate their thoughts on what they have learned and be able to gain relationships with others. They will also have a small snack provided. If your child has allergies, please notice the "Snack of the Day" sign at check-in.

Three truths about God that we will relay to your preschooler are:

1. God made me.

2. God loves me.

3. Jesus wants to be my forever friend.

Our elementary program is designed for K-5th graders. Your child will learn through drama, music, games, crafts, and small groups. There will be something new and exciting to expect every week. Tell your child to come pumped up and ready to engage their energy. Our hope is for your child to come away from our program with new relationships and 5 key truths to be firmly rooted in his or her life:

1. I can trust God no matter what.

2. Jesus is always with me.

3. I need to make the wise choice.

4. I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

5. I have a role to play on God's team.
